How is the free trial actually free?+

You get full access for one month — every module, no card, no setup fee. We create your company and email you the logins. All we ask in return is 15 minutes of honest feedback at the end.

Do I have to use every module?+

No. Every module is a switch. Payroll, expenses, chat, monitoring, the client portal — turn on only what you need, and turn the rest off. Nobody sees a feature you haven't enabled.

Our company doesn't pay overtime. Does that break payroll?+

No. Overtime pay, unpaid-leave deductions and absent-day deductions are each their own switch. Turn them off and payroll simply won't count them. Same for buffer minutes, meal breaks and prayer breaks — every rule is yours to set.

Can our clients see other clients?+

Never. A client only ever sees their own project — their hours, their milestones, their invoices — and can only chat inside their own room. They can't see your other clients, your staff list, or your internal channels.
